Can't access email for 10 digit code, how to login to my account?

Hi There,

I have had a subscription with shopify for a few years now but recently I have been havent been able to work on my shop as much as i would have liked.

Now I would like to get back into it but I have been asked for a 10 digit code when I login to my shop which has been sent to my email. Unfortunately, I cant get access to my email as my email provider hasn’t been very good at assisting me in logging back in. I just need to get into my shopify account so that I can change my email address associated with the account.

I know my password for logging into my shopify it is just the 10 digit code I need to get a work around.

Any assistance is much appreciated and I would really like to get working on my shop again!

Note (This isnt the account I am trying to get into, I had to create this new one as I am not able to login to the old one!)
