Can't access Google Fields when adding products, anyone else?

For the past week I have not been able to access Google Fields when adding products in the backend in my Shopify admin. Has anyone else been experiencing this issue? When I click on ‘MORE ACTIONS’ and go to ‘Google Fields’ it just pops up a blank white screen with no options. Would love to know if this will be fixed or has been recognized as an ongoing issue currently. Thanks!

We’re having the same issue. This is the second time it actually happens, the first time it happened was a couples of months ago, but it began working again without doing anything from our side at least. Are you still having the problem?

It looks like it fixed randomly on its own. Not sure how but I called Shopify one day and mentioned it to the agent on the phone and it fixed right then and there. She said she did nothing on her end either to fix or address the issue… ? Who knows but since then all good. Hope you have figured it out… try calling Shopify and see if that clears it up if you are still facing the same issue.

Thanks for your feedback! It looks like it also was fixed randomly. Thursday morning or so, I checked it again, and it was working normally, who knows.
