Can't access left navigation after store update - is it a permissions issue?

Hi all, my client updated his store with a plan, but I’m unable to access the left navigation. Is this a permissions issue?

Indeed this does look to be an issue with permissions, namely the account owner has not granted your permission to access the parts of your admin that have been greyed out. To remedy this, the account owner can navigate to Settings > Users and permissions, and from here they click on your staff profile. From here, the account owner can check the permissions they want to give staff, or uncheck the permissions they want to remove. If they want to give your staff all available permissions, then check select all. Be sure to hit “save” to apply the changes. You can read about editing staff permissions in full here.
