Hey, 3 months ago I tried out shopify, I made a website and all that. Now I have just realised that I paid 32 USD to shopify altough I didnt quite use it for a while now. But this is not the biggest problem. When I tried opening my store page, It says “create your first store” which I did a while ago and I even paid for it. The store is onepcgadgets.com, and I know I used the right email when logging in becuase I contacted the store owner from the website and I got the notification from the email I logged in with.
So I am in a situation where not only I can not see my store, but I am also paying for it regularly. I need help asap.

I understand you created a store and later realized you were being billed each month for a Shopify subscription. You mentioned that when navigating to the login page, you’re not able to access your account as it says Create your first store.
When navigating to your storefront, I’m able to view it which means that it is still active. To confirm, are you entering the correct login and password credentials? Could you try using this link accounts.shopify.com to log in to your store? Additionally, could you try following the steps in our Logging in to Shopify resource? Could you also advise what steps you’re currently taking to log in?
