I can’t get to my store.

I can’t customize it or even reach it, does somebody know how to fix it?

  • When was your last login?
  • Could you share a screenshot or show if there’s an error message prior to logging in?
  • If you’re able to login, are there any error messages present in your Shopify admin?
  • Please share your store URL so we can take a closer look.
  • Have you received any correspondence/emails from Shopify Support?
