have trouble accessing Shopify support. Whenever I go to support chat, it redirects me back to the help center. And I just go in circles.
I tried to write to support@shopify.com, but they auto-replied to use the Help center (Which is not working)
I have a few urgent issues and for a couple of days, I can’t reach the support. This is just ridiculous.
You could refer to this link, log in to your store account then type in a topic in the search bar, for example, "inactive store " and select Search. On the following page, scroll down to Get Support and click Continue and you’ll be presented with options to contact their Support via chat, email, or schedule a call-back.

This is exactly where the problem is. I select the topic, scroll down, click contact support and it redirects me back to select the topic. And it goes round and round. I can’t access the page where the chat, callback options are. That is exactly the problem, that I can’t reach that page.
It sounds weird but you can get around it by referring to this link and getting in touch with the Support team without logging in to your store account.

Nope, still nothing.
When I click your link it asks, me to pick my active store, when I do, it send me to community page.
And the cycle goes again: Community page, pick a question, scroll down, click contact support, pick my active store, and then back to the community page.
I am really frustrated. Don’t know how to get in touch with Shopify.
