I am getting nowhere with the Shopify support bot, which just loops through the same responses. I really need a human on the other end to help me log back in to my new shop I started last week.
Currently I am trying to log in but Shopify keeps making me create a new account.
Is there a support center where I can give my information so they can see that I have an account and just walk me through logging back in?
I have cleared cache, cookies and tried different browsers, incognito and also on my phone.
