Hi @Jay_Ian
Glad to help you today.

If your Shopify store is unavailable, it may be due to a number of reasons, including:
– Your domain may have expired
– Your hosting plan may have expired
– You may have reached your bandwidth limit
– There may be an issue with your payment gateway
– You may have forgotten to renew your SSL certificate
If you are unsure why your store is unavailable, please contact Shopify Support for further assistance.

I hope the above is useful to you.
Best regards,
GemPages Support Team

Hi @Jay_Ian ,

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble. I’d be happy to help steer you in the right direction to receive assistance with this!

Have you received any email correspondence from one of our teams here at Shopify? Usually, when there is an issue with a store, we will email the Account Owner, who will include details of the problem and possible ways to resolve it. If you haven’t checked already, I would advise checking your email inbox (including junk/spam folders) and replying to that email. That will be your direct line to the team handling this and is where you can direct any further queries you may have.

If you haven’t heard anything from our team yet, I encourage you to contact our support team using this link here. We can collect any relevant information from you and also have a closer look at your account. Please let me know if you are having trouble contacting our team, and I would be happy to help further.

I have same issues but I have received my order and supposedly to be Ryzen 5 5500U Mini PC Windows 11 Pro AMD DDR4 16GB RAM 500GB SSD WiFi 6 4K LAN 1000M Desktop Gaming Computer and I am scammed. I am warning you, don’t trust that site. I hope I can find a way to refund the 2690php.

Me too, I received a different order which is not what I ordered. ;(

Hi @Zeus0011 ,

I’m sorry to hear about this experience. We cannot confirm if the store is with Shopify for security and privacy reasons, but we recommend contacting the store to arrange a return. Orders are fulfilled by people, and sometimes, a genuine human error can happen.

Please check if the store website has a contact form or an email address you can reach out to. Also, you should be able to find their email address or Contact Us link in the footer of the order confirmation email. Sometimes automatic confirmation emails end up in Spam or Junk folders, so make sure to check those first. If there is no email, check their social media profiles and try to reach out.

However, if you are unable to get in touch with the store owner and believe the store is with Shopify, you can report the issue with the order to the merchant directly via this link. To fill out the form, you need an order confirmation URL. You can actually get the URL link from that email by following these steps.

Hi @Jay_Ian ,

In case you missed my reply above, I just wanted to tag you directly.

I’m sad to hear you had a similar experience as well. I would feel the same if I received something I didn’t order. However, orders get fulfilled manually by fulfillment personnel or staff, and sometimes a human error can happen.

Please keep in mind that we cannot confirm if the store is with Shopify for security and privacy reasons, but we recommend contacting the store to arrange a return.

To see any movement in the situation, it’s best to contact the store directly. Check if the store website has a contact form or an email address you can reach out to. I totally understand how this experience can make it discouraging to shop online. While there is always the potential for this to happen, whether shopping online or in person, there are certain things you can look for or do to know if an online store is trustworthy before you make that purchase. Check out this article here for some helpful tips for your next online purchase.

The email is can’t be contacted which I have been doing in the first place and the email is duostore.ph@hotmail.com and it says via shopifyemail.com. I tried to report like you suggested but the email does not match the order confirmation.
