We are due to go live on Wednesday and I can’t seem to get this domain active. We aren’t receiving emails since we added the domain and I am guessing this is why. Could anyone please help!

Yes, we spoke to Shopify today and got it sorted. Although we are still unable to receive emails from the contact us page.

When it comes to receiving emails, there are a few things we need to check!
Firstly, head to your-> Admin → Settings → General and ensure the email under store contact and customer email are correct.
Secondly, to help ensure that email messages are forwarded to your destination email address successfully, add an SPF record to your Shopify-managed custom domain. Follow the instructions listed in the guide below:
