Shopify wont let me add a bank account to start accepting payments. when i click manage, then add payment, it takes me to a 404 error page, i have contacted shopify help, but they don’t have a solution for me. this has never happened to me before, i don’t know what is wrong. i have also checked all my emails, and there is nothing about verifying anything. the only solution shopify help has told me was to just use a third party payment provider.
What are they saying you have Verify?
they said there’s nothing to verify. which is why I’m confused what the problem is.
