Can't add reviews to my shopify store main page

My Shopify store only has one product, so the block called ‘Featured product’ is how I display my one product on my main page. I want to install an app where I can create a dedicated block underneath for reviews. However, for all the apps I installed, the reviews show only on the products page of my Shopify store - I don’t use the products page. Is there a way around this where I can display reviews underneath a featured product block on the front page? Whether that be removing the product page entirely? Or changing the ‘featured product’ block?
