I am trying to cancel a monthly Shopify charge but when I login it says I have no access to account. I have the billing number, but can’t reach anyone who can help. I will resort to disputing the charges with my credit card company, but this seems ridiculous - why is there no one at Shopify to help?

Since this is an account issue, it would be best to reach out to Shopify support team as they can help you deactivate your account even though, you are not able to access it and they can also help you with the subscription refund if possible. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the “I still need help” or “chat with a support advisor” option appear.
Tried that and it did not work. It kept bring me back to same support page.
Cancel a Shopify charge but having no access to your account, contact Shopify Support directly through their help center or social media channels. If unresolved, disputing the charges with your credit card company is an option.
