I attempted to change my product images to better photos that were taken, however i have tried multiple times to change the size of the image to find that the image does not change size, only loss of resolution.
I have also reverted back to my old images which were perfectly optimized, and they are now doing the same thing!
I’ve used Photoshop to edit the images, saved to PNG and JPEG (reduced) and also the Shopify feature to change image size.
It’s still not filling in the collection box properly, and the product image is too big on the product page.
I also used a 3rd party app… That didn’t help either.
I’m working with the Refresh Theme.
What am i doing wrong?
It should be displaying the full picture of the bottle, not cropped.
