I’ve been through it all again numerous emails (scripted from Facebook/meta team. They have now forwarded it further up the food chain. I’m able to still tag products but have noticed a significant decrease in visitors from my paid Facebook/Instagram ads 
I had to record my screen and it gets to the end of send a text or call me and none of them work.
