Good afternoon Shopify Community,
We’ve been trying to connect our Instagram and Facebook profile and page (which are already connected in Meta Business Center) but when login into Instagram & Facebook section in Shopify, it shows the profiles but doesn’t let us connect them, showing this prompt:
Our team has never connected those profiles to another type of shop, neither Shopify nor anything else (to our knowledge), can somebody help us out? We have another shop and we connected that shop to their Instagram and Facebook with no problem at all.
