Hi,
My team bought a new domain on domain.com : www.hikerboyscooter. So I would like to add it to our domains. At the moment our main domain is : www.hikerboy.net
But event if I followed the instructions of Shopify and Domain.com waited 48 hours, retried several times, it is not working.
It shows the same error : as the fields were empty or wrong. But as the screenshot shows I filled the A with Shopify IP and CNAME with www.
So I really don’t know why it is not working.
I already emailed the Shopify team few days ago.
Could someone help me please ?
