I am beyond frustrated. I have utilized Shopify Help Chat many times in the past, and have usually been very pleased with the assistance. Now I am stuck in a never-ending loop, a no matter which avenue I try to access Chat, I can never get to that page because it keeps sending me back to log in – which I do, then the process starts all over again. If anyone has read past this point and can help with my problem, I need to delete a customer. Apparently I input some information wrong the first time, and now I can’t create an order because Shopify can’t find the customer. I need to email an invoice and I can’t get past this point to even create the order. My solution for that is to delete the customer, but it says “server error” every time I try. I’m fairly adept at maneuvering through Shopify and have tried everything, and I’m fairly confident it’s not user error. So this is a two-fold dilemma… 1) How to access actual in-person Shopify Help, and/or 2) Can anyone help with my issue so I can either correct or delete a customer so I can create an order and email an invoice? I feel your frustration. I did had similar problem before but follow the instructions to prevent going on loop.
- After you log in, you should be able to see the page below. Click the Starting a store
- This should route you the page below. Make sure to scroll down until you see the Chat with us

Thank you for the workaround! Does this chat option now only show up under “Starting a Store?”

It does appear on other options as well
