Can't create shipping label, how to contact customer support?

I need to talk with someone in customer support. It keeps looping.

A package will not create the shipping label, I can not purchase it, it states there is an error.

How to contact Shopify Support:

  • Navigate to the Shopify Help Center and log into your store.
  • Select Order management from the topics provided.
  • Select Shopify Shipping from the subtopics provided.
  • Scroll down to Get Support to view the available support options.
