Over the past week, we’ve had multiple customers complain that they can’t check out. I know this was a widespread issue back in August and was supposed to have been resolved, but has anyone else seen it again this week (10/7/22). Are there any new solutions?

I understand your customers are experiencing issues when navigating to checkout. I’ve checked our Shopify Status page which indicates we don’t have any active checkout issues.
To get a better understanding of what’s happening, could you provide context on the following:
- Please share your store URL so we can try and replicate the issue.
- Share a screenshot of the error message customers are receiving.
- Is this checkout issue affecting all customers or specific customers?
- Are the affected customers located in the same area?
