Hey there, there is this „Thank you“ page after ordering. Actually Only the Checkout Page is limited to Shopify Plus. All Plans can edit their Thank you Page but it does require an app block either custom or from the app store. But in your case try looking at the “Default theme content” since all you need to do is change the text:
This can be found on your theme page and once you go here it has all of the default text displayed on the pages like the thank you page.
If you wanted to add additional fields to the Thank you Page or Order Status page I offer an app called Checkout Plus that allows All store plans to customize the Thank you page and Order Status page. The Checkout is the only page limited.
