The screenshot is super helpful, so thanks for that! Can you try the below troubleshooting steps for me and see if that issues a fix?
- Turn your device on and off
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
- Make sure you are on the latest version of the app
- Make sure your device is on the latest version
- Try another internet connection (example, switch to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi.)
- Ensure there are no pop-ups being blocked in the web browser.
- Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on the device.
Hopefully, those steps should issue a fix for you, but do let me know if this is still happening to your device.
