Thanks for hopping on this thread. Sorry to hear you’re experiencing the same issue.
It looks like you’re running an outdated client either mobile OS, or app version. You need to update your mobile device and your app as per the requirements in our help docs here.
The last supported version for our app is 13.6 and the iOS app version is 9.50.0 - there would be no alternative workaround for this, however you can still use last compatible version.
