I have a store called Scary Stars, where I sell my artwork and other art-related products such as buttons and kits. But, I can’t figure out how to log back in. I tried every email I have but I can’t find my store. I am still paying as a subscriber to the plan. I emailed support but haven’t heard back yet. I only have three emails so I am not sure how the store could have disappeared.

Are you seeing the following error message when you attempt to log in?
There’s no matching email for this store
If you do, you’ll need to contact Shopify Support. What’s most likely happened is your store and email have lost their ‘sync’. A Shopify Advisor will need to sync these back up for you so you can log in.
Since you’ve already sent an email to Shopify Support, you should be receiving a response very shortly to help you with this. You can also get in touch with Shopify Support by booking a call-back or starting an online chat. Both of these options can be found here.
