I am using shopifys fabric theme. When i installed the theme there was this section. But I wanted to re design the whole website so i removed it. But now I cant find this on Add section.

That Media with text section was part of the default layout in the Fabric theme, so when you deleted it, Shopify might’ve removed the shortcut to re add it. It’s a common thing with preset theme blocks.
No stress though I can get it back for you. Either by unlocking it in the theme files or recreating it exactly how you want it.
