Can't find my products in Featured Page Section?

Hi everyone I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me out. I’ve been trying to figure this step out for about 2hrs. When I’m editing my Shopify theme, I was trying to add a Featured Product section and it did but when I go to edit the Featured Product section to actually select/add the product that I want to be featured on that section, none of the 5 products I’ve published shows up. I’ve went to my “all products section” and drafted them, archived them, made them active, duplicated them, restart my PC and pretty much everything I could think of but unfortunately nothing has worked which is why I’m resorting to this hoping maybe someone else has experienced this and can help me out. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help, you’re saving me a huge headache XD

Thanks for reaching out to the Community today with your situation here regarding your Featured Products and not being able to select the products you’ve created.

I’ve advised on another post similar to this a few days ago so I’m confident we should be able to determine what seems to be the cause for you here. I just have a couple of questions I want to ask so we can pinpoint the exact reason why you can’t select a product:

  • What theme are you using in your store?
  • Can you send a screenshot of the product settings for one of the specific products you were looking to make a featured product?

When situations like this usually happen, it’s often because the product isn’t set to be available in the ‘Online Store’ sales channel, or it’s not set to ‘Active’. Please double check that the products are set to ‘Active’. Then, click one of your created products and on the right side of the screen you should see a section called ‘Sales Channels and Apps’. Click the ‘manage’ text in this section and make sure that ‘Online Store’ has been selected. After that, try adding the product to your feature product section again.
