i can’t found buttom activate paypal in my process payment page

Welcome to the Shopify Community Forums! I understand you want to setup Paypal as a payment gateway on your store.
Could you confirm for me what country/state/province your business is registered in? Not all countries are supported by PayPal so it is possible that you aren’t eligible at this time.
You can also double check what payment gateways are available to you through this page here: US Payment Gateways to Accept Customer Payment. You can change the selected country by scrolling down the page.
