Hi guys! I’m new to Shopify and I have an issue printing an order from England. I was in the middle of printing the label but it didn’t go through. It asked if I was sending items that were hazardous and the tab was not highlighted. I fulfilled the order and it sent the customer confirmation shipping details. The create label tab is nowhere to be found and I don’t know how to find the confirmation number or print the label to send the package. Can someone pls help?
The create label button is only shown when the order is not fulfilled. If you cancel the fulfillment, the button will show again
