When you renewed your shop, do you know what plan you renewed the store under? There are some eligibility requirements to be able to provide that referral link. If your store is on the Starter Plan, for example, you’re unable to send out referrals, but you can access it on the Basic, Shopify, or Advanced plan, for example.
If you’re unsure of what plan you’re using, you can login to your admin and go to ‘Settings > Plan’ to see! Double check that for me, and then get back to me here!
