Can you clarify if you’re looking to edit the template for this notification? If so, you can head to “Settings > Notifications > Return request approved” to find it.

Indeed I am looking to edit the template in question – however, the page you mentioned looks like this:
… and is not the page, as far as I know, I am looking for. I looked in the code and tried to find some conditional that would display other stuff but did not see it.

Thanks for trying that. When I navigate to the page, I’m able to view the preview and edit the code, as shown here:
Do you see the option to edit the code? If so, you can use that section to add additional details to the email.

I do know how to edit the notifications – what I am looking for is the precise page that is being sent out. I looked through all our notification pages and can’t find that specific one. We do all our returns over the phone, so our CSRs use the Shopify Orders interface. We initiate a return and send out the return shipping label from Shopify Orders. I need to modify that notification but can not find the specific notification that matches the screenshot in my initial post.
Is this possible a theme issue? We’re using the Enterprise theme from Clear Canvas. I thought the notification system was independent of themes but maybe I was wrong?

At first, I thought that was it because it is coming from the Order Return interface. But I can’t find where we get the “Your shipping label is ready” which is the critical piece – we need to add a link to a PDF into this page (the code is written for other pages) to special repackaging instructions stored in our CDN.

Well, as it stands I did exactly what you suggested and while discussing with the rep, I actually figured it out. Not sure why my search didn’t turn it up, but it didn’t.
Indeed this is in the “Return Created” email template in the Returns section of the Customer Notification category. The code is just buried down within conditionals. Sorry for the fuss.
