Can't find the shopify livechat to talk to support

Hi,

I’m new to Shopify and desperately need of some assistant regarding setting up the online shop.

I’ve been trying to look for their live chat 24/7 function but every time I click contact Shopify support it just brings me back to the page with all the help documents and doesn’t give me an option to contact support directly. please help!

It just keeps asking me to log in even though I’m already logged in, and then brings me to the “read our documents for help” page constantly: https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/questions

Please help. Thanks!

Our live support via phone, chat or email can be reached via our support portal here. In order to get past the help documents page, simply type your query into the “ask about a topic” bar, then hit continue to support to access a live support advisor - these are the steps to follow to get support anytime, 24/7! Here’s a video showing the steps in action.

With that being said - Is there anything I can help you with right here?
