Hi

I am trying to use customer segmentation to build a more local mailing list for events in our physical shop.

However, when I try to use the customer segmentation there are no UK cities in the list, making it impossible.

Am I missing something? Is there an easier way to create this list? We have around 2500 customers on our mailing list with approx 400 in the city we are targeting.

Trying to find this too. No thoughts for anyone yet? Seems quite basic! If there were just US cities on this list that would suggest it hasn’t been rolled out worldwide, but there are many other countries on there. London UK is a fairly major city so a bit perplexed as to why it’s not on there…

I just found out that Shopify is releasing the segementation on country/city ‘country by country’. This is horrible! I want to use it for The Netherlands, but this is not possible ‘until further notice’. OMG how hard is it to roll this out to other countries? This is such a basic feature. Shopify, please do something about it!

Like you, we want to be able to analyze sales by country and or city. Likewise we want that for Dutch and Belgian cities, our main traffic coming from these countries. How hard can it be to make a query on the city/country filed. Might there be an app doing that already, I wonder ?

Found this thread from 2022 but see no solution. Have you been able to resolve it? I’m trying to segment my customers by cities too but can’t find Munich for example, or any German city for that matter, only US.
