I am also having this same issue. The connection was fine for a few days now i have a 5 orders. It does seem something was done to the API that orders are not coming from TikTok through Shopify.

Users are experiencing an error when trying to fulfill TikTok Shop orders through Shopify. The system displays a message stating the product doesn’t exist in Shopify inventory, even though the products are confirmed to be present in the Shopify admin and properly stocked.

One user found a manual solution: access the order details through TikTok’s message center (via “contact buyer” → “view order”), then manually create and mark the order as paid in Shopify before shipping.
Current Status:
