I recently created my shopify account and started building my site. I have been logged out for a few days and did not turn on 2FA. Now I try to log in and 2FA is on. I don’t have a recovery code. I don’t have the authenticator.
Everything says “just contact support”. I attempt to do that and the A.I. bot won’t let me without selecting my store WHICH REQUIRED THE AUTHENTICATOR OR RECOVERY CODE to log in!!!
If I could do that… I wouldn’t need to contact support!!!
How do I get into my account again?!
