I am so frustrated!!! I haven’t not gotten a payout for a month! It says “payout failed.” When I try to change bank account to try another it asks for previous bank acct and routing #. When I enter, it says it doesn’t match. I am entering it correctly. I would assume I had entered the numbers wrong before, but there was one transfer that did go through to that account before it stopped working.
I did the chat with support about this 3 times over the last month with no progress (each time taking over an hour of my time to get nowhere.)
I have no access to the money my store has made and can’t pay my bills. Everytime I make a sale I am frustrated that I will also not have access to that money. I’m thinking of contacting the Better Business Bureau about this.

I am having the same issue. I have created multiple support tickets with no reply or resolution. The ticket number 48628719 has been escalated since Monday and I have not gotten any updates from Shopify Support. We have proof of the correct bank information, including a signed letter from regions bank. I need someone from Shopify to reach out to me so I can provide the proof.
same problem every time I contact support I go through the whole conversation and screenshots with them again they say they’ll escalate it. They’ll give me a new number and then nothing happens. This has been going on for a month and I can’t pay my bills because I’m not getting my money and I can’t get my money. I’m not sure if Better Business Bureau can help. I’m thinking about switching to big commerce and then keep trying to get my money from Shopify. my brother is a lawyer so I don’t know if he can like file a suit against them and get all these people that are running into the same issue to go into the suit with us. Because how many people out there can’t get their money from Shopify and it is basically stealing if we don’t get our money.
