Can't Log in after clearing cache

Hi, I’m having an issue logging into my store on my mac. Initially, my issue was purchasing a domain. Every time I tried to purchase, there would be a service error. So I cleared my browser (chrome) cache, updated my laptop, and restarted my mac. When I tried to get in again, it doesn’t go through. After selecting my account, it’s just been loading and won’t go to the next page. I tried waiting for about an hour and had to refresh since it wasn’t budging. I’ve also tried connecting to a stronger wifi and it was still the same. Also tried doing it on an incognito tab as well as on a different chrome account, but still won’t budge.

I have no problem accessing it on the Shopify app in my phone and was able to log in, but seems it really still won’t work after I shut down my mac and waited a few hours too. Hope you guys could help me!

With regards to your inquiry, I was able to visit your store without any issues as well as noting on our side for any outages and we are currently not experiencing any so we are thinking this is a more localized issue. Can you please try the following to see if you get any different results:

  • use a different device to log onto your store
  • use a different browser
  • try to ensure your browser and laptop is up to date
