Is there any way to actually get in touch with customer service? The chatbot can’t help with my problem, the phone number is disconnected, and the email I got back from the support email address opened a ticket number and then disappeared.
I don’t have the email address to log in to my store and need help switching to a different one. I have additional account information I just need the login email changed.
I know sometimes it gets pretty difficult to bypass the AI and connect with a live agent as I myself sometimes face some difficulties on that and what I usually do is that tell the AI to “Connect me with a Support Advisor” after like a couple of tries it will put you in line to connect with a human.
