this is very urgent as I need to log in my store but couldn’t.
I have tried to update my firefox and chrome as well but none worked.
It said I need to contact the web owner to solve the problem. Look like it’s the problem of Shopify system.
As my password and email entered were correct and I could log in from Ipad but not on my desktop (which is better to use to add products.
Plus, it is too difficult to contact help directly from Shopify. The system designed to prevent store owners to do this easily and this is very unfriendly and frustrated for users, especially in term of emergency.
Could you please have a look and resolve this ASAP?
