Can't log in with my account which was inactive for more than 3 months

Hello,

I have a store on shopify , but I had to create this new account to post my problem :-(.

I am already logged in the app which works find. However I need to install new stuff and edit thus I require to log in with my admin account.

the problem that shopify shows this message whenever i try to log in: “Your account has been inactive for more than three months”

also they show the following: “To unlock your account, enter the ten-digit code sent to [my email]”

And from there I get nothing and no code …

of course if I received that code everything will be fine…

I trying checking my email several times and everything is fine , however , no email recieved even not in junk mail.

I’d really appreciate if someone can assist me on this one …

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I understand not having access to your account and your 10-digit recovery codes is not ideal. Rest assured, we are here to help you and I’d like to provide you with the best next steps to be able to regain access to your account.

First I’d like to ensure that you’re using the correct email linked to the store in question. Could you try using our Store Recovery tool that will send you a list of store(s) associated with that email address.

You mentioned that you’re not receiving the 10-digit recovery codes to your email address and have checked your junk folder. Please be sure to also check your spam/filtered folder and any other folders as it may be hidden there.

Lastly, I would like to suggest contacting your email provider to see if there are any restrictions put in place that are blocking automated emails.

IM have the exact same issue and nothing is wrong with my email. not only that but I keep getting suspicious activity email to my recovery email that was on the account which is the email i’m using just to reply. I NEED HELP, I WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK. this help center is so complicated and I cant get through to anyone about this code situation. my primary email that my account is associated with is perfectly fine, I just dont understand why there is no code and spam and filtered messages are fine and nothing is there as well
