Can't log into managed store

Hi there,

I’m recently experiencing issues when trying to log into stores which has accepted an access request.

From what I can tell this only happens for stores which have been moved to the admin.shopify.com domain.

I have already double checked the permission with the merchants.

I have also already tried different browsers, private mode, different devices and different WLAN Networks.

Is there anything else I can try?

This has been happening since around 2 weeks.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

This may be related to an issue we’re experiencing - I’d recommend reaching out to partner support directly and letting them know that you’re blocked from accessing collaborator accounts.
