Keep getting this now for 2 days and can’t reach Shopify to help me fix this. Annoying! Need to send orders and can’t access my orders to process. Anyone knows what’s going on? The store is up and functions. My internet connection works fine and no other website has any issues.
HI there, @AlternaJar .
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble accessing your admin, and I definitely want to help you out.
I took a look through our resources and I found some information on the error message you’re receiving when trying to log in. It looks like this may be connected to a previous issue. On September 30th one of the largest providers of HTTPS certificates, Let’s Encrypt, saw its root certificate expire which has intermittently affected many websites, and merchants have occasionally had issues with logging into Shopify. The main troubleshooting steps to resolve this are clearing your cache, ensuring your browser is supported and up to date, and most importantly, clearing your DNS cache.
If that doesn’t resolve your issue and you want to reach out to our live Support team directly, you can do so through the Help Center. We’re available around the clock via live chat, callback, and email! I also have this short screen recording of the steps to get in touch.
Please let me know if you have any more questions, and thank you for posting!
@AlternaJar I have also experienced this, but usually I can access it normally using my browser’s privacy mode, or clear the cookie for the myshopify URL.
