HELLO, I’ve tried contacting Shopify Support multiple times regarding my inability to log back into my account after changing my password. This is due to me not having access to my old phone number & can’t complete the 2-step verification. I was told my issue was already escalated and would be fixed soon. YET a week later, I’m here making another account because ur help center sucks & the fact that there isn’t a hotline or help unless you have an account is insane.
I have customers waiting on products and orders to fulfill. I have already proved that I know my information and even had to send photos of my ID, just for nothing to be done. If anyone could help me log back into my Shopify account (different email) that would be very appreciated, thank you.
