No matter what I try to do, I cannot log into my account. Upon the first screen, it says that it has been months since the last login, and I should use a code provided via E-Mail. When I add this code, get to an empty page like this below. Please help!
The page you’re looking for could not be found
Please make sure the web address is correct.
Hey, [email removed]Gshoppa! Welcome to Shopify Community!
I understand you’re experiencing an issue with logging in and entering your recovery code. This is actually an ongoing issue that’s affecting some stores. While this isn’t ideal, this was fortunately brought up with our developers in a timely manner so they’re currently working to fix it. We don’t have a time frame for the fix, but rest assured our developers are working to get it resolved as soon as possible. Please feel free to check the status page for updates or try logging into your store from time to time.
Hi @gshoppa , you can go to settings of your partner account and need to enable the 2 Factor authentication. If you are have already enabled the authetication then then and enable the authentication will work.
