Unbelievable that it is on cyber Monday. As of last night, none of the discount codes could successfully be added to the POS system, and as of this morning we can’t view our orders, prepare them, ship them, fix the discount code issues, etc. Every year on Black Friday Cyber Monday something goes wrong with Shopify. You would think they would pause all updates and changes and use some sort of change management controls to avoid this. In other tech industries they have CAB and control management specifically to avoid upsetting their paying clients.
Well this is not a good look. It’s been over an hour and still not working. This is soo frustrating
I am now able to get into my Admin area.
With that said, my Storefront was up and running, processing orders, the entire time. So my only impact with administrative tasks… YMMV.
