I’m trying to log into an old account of mine to look into reactivating the store my organisation shut down a couple of years ago. Could be, I have no way of knowing. If only Shopify could take a look they might be able to say for certain-- maybe even resolve it. I wish getting support wasn’t this difficult. This evening I’ll stand outside and look for a shooting star to help propel my chances of success :flushed_face:
