Cant pat the bills

Hey! My name is Dante.

I had a free trial on the advanced plan and forgot to cancel, i am unable to live normal because it has been draining my account. I also can’t close the store/cancel my payment because I haven’t payed the bills. I would really need a refund or help with closing the store so it doesn’t try to bill me again.

Please help me.

Edit: The thing is that I haven’t even used my store for anything. I hope it works canceling the bill.
