Hello, I am having an issue when purchasing a UPS shipping label, I am able to purchase a USPS label but not UPS. It had previously asked to update our UPS account in our shipping settings which we did. Once that was completed we attempted to buy a label for an order and were unable to. I have added a screenshot of the error that was given.
I also am having this exact issue. I got one label but it had the wrong weight on it, canceled that label and now cannot get anything else to work.
