Hello,
I loved the customer service that Shopify had to offer, however now it is Impossible to get a human to chat with or speak to. Does anyone have any idea how to contact someone. I do not want to spend hours navigating through help centers. I’m trying to send an ad out to my customers and have no idea how to do that, nor do I want to spend a great deal of time figuring this out.
