My domain expired two days ago and I haven’t been able to contact Shopify Support, which is what it says I have to do. They have removed their live chat and now I can’t do anything about it. How can I renew an expired domain? I can’t delete it either because of their 30 day grace period where they save my domain to be renewed by contacting them, which I can’t do! Please help this is the only month I can sell my products!!!
Actually, I fixed the issue myself, just made a Shopify Partner account and was able to access support.
