I just can not run a remarketing campaign on facebook ads for my website visitors. It doesn’t show my ad to anyone. So it is accepted by facebook ads and everything seems okay it just doesn’t show to anyone. As if there was some issue between Facebook and Shopify or with my pixel. I definetely get page views, add to carts, website purchases for ad sets on cold, interest based audiences. But if I make a new ad set with the audience set to my website visitors in the last x days (doesn’t really matter because the webshop is only running for 40-50 days now) something goes wrong. Anyone has any idea what could be the problem? Or what is off? Thanks in advance.
there might be more reasons why the ads aren’t being delivered.
First of all, I would definitely check the pixel if it’s working without any problems.
Plus, you mentioned that you store is up and running for 40-50 days now which for creating a remarketing audience isn’t much long. So, I assume the audience is very low and therefore it’s difficult for the ads to leave the learning phase and also for Facebook to target the right audience. I don’t know how many visitors you have daily on your store and how many purchases you have and so on. But it seems to me that the store it’s at the very beginning, so it takes some time before you see some results.
Plus, the overall budget on the campaigns might play a role there.
