Can't scroll down if many items are in cart on Flex theme

I’m using the Flex bloom theme and when customer adding many items, the pop up cart on the mobile version does not allow you to scroll down to the checkout button.

The problem is only on the mobile version

@CasaNativa - actually on mobile whenever I click cart icon, it takes me to cart page and do nto open drawer

For me whit one click open the drawer and two click it takes me to cart page
